Smallwood Vintage Rally

• Prices:​​

  • Weekend camping: £100 (includes entry for two adults only children FREE) - download Public Camping Form here.

  • Carers are complimentary entry subject to the discretion of the pay box staff.

• Saturday 24th, Sunday 25th & Monday 26th May 2025 - £15 per person. All accompanied school children 15 and under are FREE all weekend (allows you to stay on the showground from 9am into the evening, please make good use of our on site caterers and enjoy our evening entertainment.

• PLEASE NOTE: for anyone who leaves the showground re-entry after 5pm will be charged at £5 per person for the enjoyment of our evening entertainment(hand stamps will not count after 5pm) excluding wristband holders.

 

• Rally Dates: Saturday 24th - Sunday 25th & Monday 26th May 2025

• Rally Public Opening Times: Car park opens at 8:30am; paygate opens at 9:00am events from 10am to 5pm daily.

 

• NOTE: NO unauthorized vehicle, exhibitor or trade equipment movements will be permitted on the rally site during the Rally Times (see above) - this will be strictly enforced for health and safety reasons!​

• WOULD ALL EXHIBITORS PLEASE FAMILIARISE THEMSELVES WITH OUR HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS, THANK YOU.

• Road Run: Saturday at approx 5:30/6:00pm. A fun road run for rally participants around the local area (see Road Run Map below); contact commercial steward for details (see Contact page). PLEASE NOTE: VEHICLE OWNERS PARTICIPATING IN THE ROAD RUN DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.

• Public camping opens Friday from 10am, onwards. Please be off-site at the latest by 10am Tuesday. 

​

• Exhibitors welcome to arrive on Thursday 22nd May from 10am onwards (weather permitting). We very much appreciate all exhibitors being in place on the show ground at 9am please, for show opening. Strictly NO ADMITTANCE to any exhibitors after 10am. Please note our exhibitor EXIT gate opens at 5pm. Please DO NOT book in with us if you cannot commit to showing your exhibit between 10am-5pm out of respect to our paying visitors and our Rally stewards. Thank you.
